Junior House League Season Structure 

The Durham West Junior House League starts on September 24th

Players are assessed by coaching staff and teams are created and balanced by mid to end October.

First 4-6 weeks to focus on development skates and fun mini games to end each session. Then switch to 1 game and 1 practice a week once the teams are made.

Events: 

• Halloween Weekend Event

• Durham West Annual House League Tournament November 24-26

• Santa Visit last ice before the break

• Playoffs/Festival to end the season

• End of Year Banquet

U7 (Pathway)

U9 (Pathway)

☑️Blue Lightweight Pucks (Until January) ☑️Half Ice (Until January)

☑️Goalie Equipment Provided ☑️No Full Time Goalies ☑️Full Ice (After January 15) ☑️Equal Ice Time ☑️Rotate Positions

 

U11 (Pathway)
