Durham West Girls Hockey Association is thrilled to be hosting you, your teams, and families this Family Day Weekend. This year we have 171 teams and are pleased to have such a wide representation of teams from different areas of the province, and out of province. Please read below for important information:
TOURNAMENT HEADQUARTERS is located at Don Beer Arena upstairs above Pad 1 in the Banquet Room.
TOURNAMENT ARENAS: Durham West Tournament Staff will be located at all sites to assist you. You can find tournament staff at Chestnut Hill in the meeting room off of the main lobby, at Don Beer in the Banquet Room above Rink 1, at Ajax Community Centre upstairs beside the Rink 1 spectator area and in the lobby at all other arena locations.
RAMP GAMESHEETS: All games have been loaded in RAMP and game codes should be generated to your account. For teams from outside Ontario please download and install RAMP Gamesheets App on your phone or device. This is how you will get access to the electronic game sheets, add and delete players on your roster etc. The app is free and can be downloaded from the Google Play store or the App store, depending on the smartphone or the device your using. If your team is from out of province/country you will receive an email separately regarding confirmation game codes on RAMP.
GAME SCORES & STANDINGS will be posted via TournKey. A link will be available on the tournament home page by Thursday February 12th and will also be posted here.
